How do I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. We ask that the product is in original condition:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- Tags still attached

We cannot process your return if items are not received in their original condition. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume when trying on the garment.

The 500g/3kg prepaid postage satchels that you can buy from your local post office are ideal to use to post the garments back.

If you are from outside of Australia, please contact us first before you return your product.


If you wish to exchange your item for another size, it is a good idea to contact us before hand so we can hold the right size for you. We will then pay for regular postage to send you the new item. If you need the item urgently we would suggest that you send the garment back for a refund instead and buy the new size that you need so it can be express posted straight away.

If you wish to to exchange it for another style, please send item back for a refund and place a new order for the new style.

Refund/Store Credit

Please make sure to post your product back within 30 days of receiving the item and that the product is in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. We will issue your refund via your original payment method or in the form of a store credit which is valid for one year.

What if my item is faulty?

All our items have been carefully checked for faults. However, if you do discover any faults or if you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us any time. We are always happy to help!
