Delivery & Returns

 

    • FREE EXPRESS POST on all orders over $199 and $9.95 on orders under $199. 
    • SAME DAY (Mon-Fri) dispatch if order is placed by 2pm AEST, otherwise we will send it out the next business day.  
    • You will receive tracking emails from the Australia Post once we've dispatched your parcel. 
    • We are based in Sydney. Parcels to metro areas (cities) arrive within 1-2 business days. Regional areas may take 2-4 days. 
    • PICK UP is available at our Caringbah warehouse at Unit 49, 65-75 Captain Cook Drive. Simply select the pick up option during checkout. Our warehouse is available for pickup and drop off only as we do not have a shop front to try on garments.

  • New Zealand: $12.95 AUD trackable airmail (5-10 business days)
  • New Zealand express: $39.95 AUD (3-5 business days)
  • Asia & North America $29.95 AUD trackable airmail (5-10 business days)
  • Europe & rest of the world $39.95 AUD trackable airmail (5-10 business days) 
  • You may be charged import taxes depending on your country. Please contact your local customs for further details. 

Free exchanges & Easy returns on all items including sale items.

  • Free return shipping on exchanges.
  • Free return shipping for store credits - Valid for 3 years.
  • For standard refunds, flat rate return labels are available for $14.95, or you may arrange your own postage.
  • Items are unworn, in original condition, have tags attached, and free of pet hair, make up, stains or scents. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Returns should arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery
