2. Click on the above button GET YOUR RETURN LABEL and follow the steps. Pick which return option suits you best.

3. Follow the steps in the online portal to submit your return and generate your shipping label.

4. Carefully pack up your parcel and affix the label to send it back.

If you are returning an item for an exchange or store credit, you can receive a free return postage label.

Simply click “GET YOUR RETURN LABEL HERE >” and enter your order number and email address. On the next page, select your reason for return, and your free return postage will automatically be applied.

Once you have initiated your return and received your return label, the garment must still be returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Please note that simply initiating a return within the 30-day period does not extend the return timeframe. If your return arrives after 30 days, it may not be accepted.

Yes, enter one of the order numbers to create the label. Please include a note inside the parcel clearly identifying both order numbers.

Please contact us directly with your order number and a photo of the fault. We'll investigate and provide a prepaid return label. Faulty items are always covered regardless of sale status.

All returns are inspected when they arrive. If an item shows signs of wear including makeup or deodorant marks, perfume scent, staining, stretched fabric, or a damaged or removed swing tag, we will decline the return and send the item back to you. A return shipping fee will apply in this case.

Exchanges are for a change in size or colour only. If you'd like a different style, please select store credit and place a new order using your credit. It's valid for 3 years so there's no rush.

Your return will be processed within 1–2 business days of your parcel arriving at our warehouse. Once your exchange is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details from Australia Post.

We offer one exchange per order. If you've already received an exchange and it still isn't right, you can return it for a store credit, just not for another exchange or refund. However, reach out to our team with your order number, we can't make promises, but we're known for our customer service and will review each case fairly.

Final Sale items are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on both the product page and collection pages.
