Easy returns on all items including sale items.
- 30 day returns.
- For a full refund (excluding any postage cost) or a store credit.
- For an exchange, let us know and we will send you the new size.
- Sale items are also eligible for a full refund unless they are marked 'Final Sale', these styles cannot be refunded or exchanged unless you have received a faulty garment.
- Return item in its original condition (unworn and unwashed) with all tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. Items must have no pet hair, no fake tan, makeup or other stains, does not smell of smoke, cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products.
2. Pack up your parcel to send back to us. Post to Dressxox Unit 49, 65-75 Captain Cook Drive, Caringbah 2229 NSW
- Pay postage at your local post office (Australia post rate charged by the size of your parcel). Please DO NOT send it back via return to sender.

- OR Dressxox parcel drop off in Sydney: Unit 49, 65-75 Captain Cook Drive, Caringbah 2229 between 10am-3pm Monday to Friday.
