How To Order Online

At Dressxox, we know online shopping can be daunting sometimes, but rest assured we will help you shop through our extensive range of event wear every step along the way. Try your garments on in the comfort of your own home and return any item that doesn't suit, fit or you've had a change of heart for a full refund or exchange. With a range of secure payment options available including; credit cards, Afterpay, Zip Pay and PayPal - you can order knowing your data is safe.

Your Guide To Ordering With Dressxox

  1. After finding your style, select your desired colour and size and click the 'Add To Cart' button.
  1. Review the item(s) in your cart (check the size, colour and quantity are correct), then click the 'Checkout' button.
  1. You are now presented with options for an express checkout using ShopPay, PayPal or GooglePay. If you wish to use other methods such as Afterpay or a card, continue to the next step. 
  1. If you have a discount code to apply, click the dropdown at the top of the page labelled 'Show order summary'. This will give you another summary of your order and a field to enter your code.
  1. If you would like to pick up your order, select that option now. Otherwise continue by filling in your details into the form below and clicking the 'Continue to shipping' button when finished. 
  1. Now you have to choose a shipping option. As all our orders are sent via express post there will only be 1 option available and if your order is over $149, delivery is free! Click the 'Continue to payment' button to continue.
  1. On the payment page there is another chance to enter any discount codes you have. Otherwise, select your desired payment option (Credit card, PayPal, Afterpay or Zip Pay) and fill out the required information. External services such as Afterpay may take you to a separate window to fill this information out (do not worry this is just how Afterpay works with our system). Once finished, click the 'Pay now' button to finalise your order. 
  1. Great you're finished! You should see an order confirmation on the screen which will also be sent to the email you provided us with. You will also receive another email from us later which contains the tracking number for your parcel.
