- Same Day Dispatch for orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day, otherwise your order will be dispatched on the next business day.

- We are based in Sydney and orders in NSW or capital cities will arrive in 1-2 business days, regional areas may take 2-4 business days.

- Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking emails from Australia Post for you to keep an eye on your parcel.

- PICK UP is available at our Caringbah warehouse at Unit 49, 65-75 Captain Cook Drive, Caringbah. Simply select the pick up option during checkout.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We are based in Sydney and deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Service. If your order is placed before 2pm AEST* on a business day, we will send it out the same day so you can get your parcel quickly.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to most countries. Please get in contact with us if you would like to check if your country is available.

When Will I Receive My Order?

It's 1-2 business days to metro cities and 2-3 days to rural areas.  For parcels to New Zealand, the delivery time is 5 - 10 working days.
