How do I place an order? When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply choose your size and click "add to cart". Once you have finished browsing and adding items to your cart, click on "my cart" in the top right hand corner to confirm your items. In your order summary, you can see all your selected items. Once signed in/registered, you can choose your payment method to pay via credit card or PayPal. If you wish to place your order over the phone, please call us on 0451 839 663.


How can I pay for my order? We accept payments via Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, Zip Pay and Afterpay. If you wish to make payments over the phone, please call us on 0451 839 663Unfortunately we do not accept bank deposit payments. You may create a PayPal account where you can transfer funds from your bank account into your PayPal account. 

How much is postage?

Express shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $8.95. And FREE on all orders over $120. 

* Pick up and drop off is unfortunately no longer available.

New Zealand: Postage is $12.95 for regular Airmail. Delivery time is 3 - 10 working days and may be subject to import taxes and duties. However you won't get charge the 10% GST (Australian Tax). The prices will adjust once you have select the International postage option at check out.  

How many items can I combine in one order? You can combine as many items as you like.

Do you post Internationally? We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only. However, please email us if you require shipping to locations outside Australia and New Zealand.

When will my order be posted? We are based in Sydney and deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Service. If your order is placed before 2pm AEST* on a business day, we will sent it out the same day so you can get your parcel quickly.

When will I receive my order? Australia Post guarantees NEXT DAY delivery metropolitan areas and 2-3 days to rural areas.  For parcels to New Zealand, the delivery time is 3 - 10 working days. In relation to the Corona virus spread, Australia post currently still operates as usual. However for your safety, Australia Post staff will sign on your behalf and parcels will have 'Authority to Leave'. There may be also delays with your parcel delivery. We use the Express Post service which is the fastest delivery option. However, parcels may take few extra days to arrive.  

Do you deliver to PO boxes and business addresses? Yes we do.

Do you accept exchanges/refunds? Yes we accept both exchanges and refunds on all items if your purchase is returned within 30 days.

How do I know which size to choose? As sizes may vary from style to style, it is best to check the fit comments, recommendations and size guide provided for each style. Contact us if you need help choosing the right size.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? DRESSxox.com.au is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secure. Your payment is protected by encryption so that no one can intercept your credit card details. The payment process is protected by industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.
